91 300zx n/a automatic not shifting and wont keep charge

The car will start up and runs but does not go into second. When i start it up i have to get a jump.

any body know of any shops in west palm that i could go to. Im pretty much done with the car put to much money into it already looking to sell it but i want a definite idea of what it could be. I took it to north palm japanese a while ago they told me it could be anything from the tranny to efi harness and maybe the ecu. I think its the efi harness because my speed sensor is working any help would be greatly appreciated

like they said... unless you actually put some diagnosing time into it you won't know

it could be just the electrical component that stopped working out of age, or it could be something mechanical...

or you're just out of tranny fluid...

check and smell the tranny fluid... if its low, but doesn't smell foul, a refill could be the key

if its dark and smells like crap tons of things could have gone wrong
