The digital instrument panel doesn't work but sometimes it kicks on for a min but still have never got the speedometer or tach to work at all. The foldout headlight button only works the headlights when the led panel is working.

Problems with the digital dash power supply(s), I forget if there are two, are common. Here is a link on Digital Dash problems. The xenon site is an incredible reference.

Just like the OEM radio, the solder dries up and cracks and you get bad solder joints. I have heard of some who take out a soldering iron and re-touch every connection they can find and that sometimes fixes the problem. Especially if tapping it makes a difference, which shows a broken connection somewhere.
