the coolent/or where does it ride exactly on the
gauge? #2-What is the correct viscosity oil to
use for 83zxt's when anticipated temp is
approx 65 degrees f. #3-for the oil temp indicator, where should the needle be riding
#4-where should the oil pressure gauge needle

ok I have a 280zx turbo and ask this also .For mine going 40 miles or so freeway the temp for water was around 150 to 170 depending on going up a hill or level my oil ran around 160 to 185 or if u are useing air. they should run around the same temp.

In my manuel the one that come with the car tell me to let it idle for 5 min after driving to help cool down the turbo now where Im at when the temp is 10f out warm up should be around 5 min.

For me I have to change oil when the temp changes.
like for Cold: 5w 30 Warm: 10w 30 or 10w 40 I get the one for the turbos. remember to change the oil every 3,000 miles.

the the oil Pre. is around 60 to 70 lb

You might want to get the chilton (get the Blue book) or the haydes books.

Last thing when u start up your car and drive it frist five to 10 mile keep it easy dont push it. Or u mess up your turbo that need to warm up.

I hope this helps.
