83 ZXT rear brakes on a 79 n/a 280zx

Hey guys i have a 1979 280zx with a shot rear Brake caliper. I also have an 83 parts car, can i swap the Rear Brake Rotor and caliper from the 83 onto the 79? They look to be vary different braking systems but they seem to have pretty much the same mounting points.

Please let me know what you think.
