Think I need a known working ECU, mine doesn't seem to be firing the fuel injectors. Replaced burned fusible links & ECU. With key on, getting voltage on pins 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 to ground and getting 12v at blue wire coming from coil. Car runs briefly on fuel from cold start valve operation, but dies. Any troubleshooting ideas?

Had the same issue a couple years ago - sounds like your ECU is bad. Easy way to check this:
1) Disconnect the 35 pin connector
2) Put the ignition switch in the "run" position
3) Place one end of a jumper wire in one of the pin locations in the 35 pin connector you mentioned above and take the other end and tap it briefly to a ground source (doesn't matter where)
4) You should hear that injector clicking every time to tap the jumper to ground. You have now tested the entire system (excluding the ECU) can try all of the injectors if you want but once you know one of them is working you have checked the entire system and your problem is the ECU
