I had a frozen lock question the other day but that seems moot now that my left front side is screwed. Some girl made a right hand turn from the left turn lane in front of me. So now my fender and bumper are smasheed in. Though the engine looks completely intact and sounds just fine when it is turned on. I'm just worried that it's going to be totalled out by the insurance company. I'm curious on what the market value of the car would be. If any of you guys have any ideas on it. I've never been in an accident before and I know they look around for the prices to see what it's worth. I'd just like to get an estimate myself.
It's a 1982 280ZX, non-turbo.
Has power locks and windows
Cruise control
Digital clock (if that's much)
Engine is totally clean and runs great.
Has 135,000 miles on it though but you wouldn't notice by driving it.
There was no body damage before at all...paint was very good except on the side mirrors where it looked a little shabby. Anything else I'm not mentioning?
Any thoughts from you guys would be great.
Thanks
Mike
