I am storing a clean 280Z for my neighbor who
has replaced it with a very nice '91 240sx.
Other than a few rips in the leather seats,
the only problem is the interior lights flicker
until some bad connection warms up enough.
Replacement Bosch alternator doesn't have many miles on it, and connections are good (at alt)
the rheostat dimmer however is suspect. Haven't been able to find this vintage in the do it yourself boneyard, only 300's with massive fire damage(insurance coverup?)This car is for sale
at 3K, but I want to eliminate the gremlin to
keep the price up. G Chicago area.
