Does anyone have the computer code to the ECU for 81 to 83 ZX or ZXT. I Mean the Actual program that controls the ECU. Any input is welcomed

The 280ZX does not have a programmed PROM, it is completely analog. It is a BOSCHE system, same as used on Alfa Romeo and others. There are ways to fool the system using series or parallel resistors or potentiometers. Try to find a GOOD book about the BOSCHE system, that may unlock some secrets of tuning the 280Z/ZX computer. The 280Z and 280ZX FI systems are basically the same, but in 1981 the O2 sensor feedback was added; there is also an additional connector on the ignition module on the distributor on the later cars.
Jim Wold Technology has a reworked 300ZX (digital) ECU that works on 280ZX, check it out (but I bet it will be expensive),

You must be confused. The 81 ECCS is clearly a micro-controlled system. Although you may know a little about bosche you are confused about the 81ZX or maybe Nissan put a Bosche system in their car and forgot to put it in their Factory Manual.

I thought I was told the Japanese FI Systen was a direct copy of the German Bosche Sys.

i replaced my injectors on my 76 z . Brown & Brown Nissan 1-800-237-0003 had excellent prices on new factory parts .

Check this web site out. it talks about airflow meters and other parts of the fi system.

I stand by my above statement that the 280ZX FI system is analog (and a copy of the Bosche). If the '81 thru '83 ECCS is truly a digital system, then Jim Wolf Technology will be an excellent place to get a PROM. Post here if you find one.
