fuel pump is electric next to the gas tank. See if you can borrow a fuel pressure guage. If not, get a jug and see if the fuel line squirts.
79 280zx wont start possible fuel problem
looking for help on 79 280 zx, Saturday it was running but sputtering pretty mad, Monday morning it started sputtered, pressed on gas and it de-accelerated then dies, now wont start at all, fuel filter is fine, new plugs, cleaned under the cap. could it be fuel pump and where is it and is it electric? Thanks for an help.
