How many labor hours are invloved in replacing valve stem seals. My '78 280Z puffs out some smoke when I'm going downhill (full vacuum, right?) and I think when I wind it up and then back right off I see smoke again. The head had a valve job 40k miles ago but the car has not been driven regularly in a few years.
