OK i have cleaned the gas tank, cleaned the fuel lines, new filters, new fuel pump. The fuel pump will turn on if i crank it over and give it gas
I took off the lines going up to the filter and i tried to see if fuel would shoot out but nothing happened. im not sure what the problem could be.
the car will crank up but i see no fuel.

Since you have cleaned and blown everything out, you now have alot or air in the fuel system. It sounds like to need to prime the
pump to get things going. Start by disconnecting the spade terminal on the starter motor, then while you turn the key to the start
you need to draw a vacuum up at the filter to pull fuel from the tank into the pump while it is running. It does not take much vacuum
to do this so you could just put your mouth on the tube(yuk) or better yet get a metal syringe from the auto parts store used to
fill trannys and differentials to do it Good luck.
Maybe you have the send and return lines mixed up at the fuel rail? The fuel can only flow one way through it.
btw there is a great Z club in Fort Worth... join it and the gang there can get you sorted!
Take fuel line off the out flow of tank. You should have good gravity
fuel flow. My tank was cleaned and the outlet blown with compressed air
but didn't have good gravity flow.
I put a steel guitar string up the outlet on the tank all the way in the
swirl pot got a lot of crap out and good gravity flow.

At the bottom of the tank are small gaps on the swirl pot
that can be obstructed and stop fuel flow.

Well i hooked everything up but i left the lines off leading up to the filter, fuel comes out but it doesnt spray it just flows over and fallas on the ground? my fuel pump pushes fuel at 95 psi so you think it would shoot out of the lines. I was also thinking about running a hotwire from my battery to my fuel pump?

and i dropped the fuel tank again and theres 4 lines on it? 2 lines on the side and 2 on top of the fuel tank? what are the lines on top of the fuel tank for? i have 4 repair books and none of them tell me what they are.
Vent lines for charcoal canister.

Fuel pressure and fuel volume are two different things. Your pump could put out 95 psi and flow a teaspoon per hour.

You could measure how much comes out in a specified amount of time, like 5 seconds, then calculate the flow rate in gallons per hour to see if it's right. You really need to measure fuel pressure though.
Thanks guys
