First thought is a leaking cold start injector. Take the line off of it and plug the line. Watch out for squirting fuel, relieve the pressure first. (Of course if it is a leaking injector then the pressure will bleed off quite fast). Have you invested in a fuel pressure gage, multimeter, and some sort of FSM or other manual yet?

JohnH240 is correct. Sounds like the coldstart injector is open. My also want to check the thermotime sensor.
Get a factory service manual (fsm). Follow the link to courtsey nissan at the ideal-z site. www.ideal-z.com
While at the courtsey nissan site, order a copy of the Ztherapy FI tune up video. It will help explain how the FI system works, how to fix it, ect...
