I have a wierd problem with my 77 280, I had it running one day everything was fine, next day I go to start it and it just cranked. I've tracked the problem down to no power to the fuel pump, additionally what I've noticed is there is no power to the direction signal or charge light. All this stuff was working when I turned it off. Any ideas or suggestions. Thanks for the help.

After a while of sorting throught the factory wiring diagram that I just received I found the problem. There was a short in one of the four fusible links located just ahead of the battery. Apperently the fuel pump and direction signals both receive power from the same link in a mixed up sort of way. Thanks for your suggestions.
