My tail lights have gone out in my '73 240Z - Apparently it's a main switch of some sort. The person I had working on it said he couldn't find the part, but I think the only place he called was a Nissan dealership.
Is there a simple way to bypass that and just run a wire from the battery to a toggle switch and from there to the lights? What kind of wire or cable would I need?
Or does someone have a clue what switch they were talking about and have an extra one laying around somewhere?
Help?
I'm not unskilled with regards to working with tools and such, but my knowledge of mechanics and auto electronics is almost nil - if you know what I should do, step by step is the only directions I'd be able to pull off
Thanks guys!
