A little over a week ago, I requested advice on how to upgrade the ignition (get rid of the old point type distributor) on my '73 240 Z. One of the responses I received was from Joe Perletti. Joe was able to hook me up with a '79-'82 280 ZX electronic distributor and high output coil for a very fair price. He answered all of my questions, and provided me with a diagram for hooking up the wires.

The whole replacement took about 15 minutes and my '73 now starts super fast and runs smooth and strong. Thanks Joe, it's people like you who make Z cars so much fun! Anybody want a good deal on a '73 distributor?? Bill S.

Bill, glad to hear you got the electronic distributor hooked up so quick, and apparently you also noticed a huge improvement in cold starting, and performance. If you want some other
240z improvements, using Nissan parts e-mail me, or call me at ALL Z at 1-800-533-5659
Thanks again for your business! Joe
