72 brake issues

I recently acquired a 72 240z with an L28 for 450 dollars. Everything is great but the brakes. The calipers and drums are new and there are no leaks anywhere. The issue is that when the brake booster is hooked up, the pedal travels to the floor before it does anything and the wheels won't lock. If you disconnect the vaccum from the booster, the brakes feel just like non-power brakes and the tires lock just fine. I have no idea what the issue is. If the booster is bad, I'd assume that the brakes would work just like manual brakes. Any help would be great. I'd rather not take it to "just brakes" or anthing if possible.

I had the same problem with my 260Z with an L28 and 5 speed from an 81 280ZX.
You might want to check the line valve. It's mounted on the fire wall between your booster and monifold.
If you're absolutely sure you have no air in your brake lines, it could be your MC is going bad. You can test your booster, check the archives, I know I've seen it poted before. Good luck!
