hello i saw the # stamp on my 71 240z on the cam it E30 and was wondering if this is the original cam for this car..i ordered some new lash pads and they are smaller atleast they look smaller than the lash pads that i took off the car the lash pads i ordered were for the stock cam for the 71 240z and now im wondering if its IS the stock cam??? any help would be great thankyou michele

E30 is the stock casting. That doesn't mean that it has not been reground but it more then likely is a stock cam. It should be a non-drilled externally oiled cam. This mean no oil holes in the cam lobes.
