Does anyone know if the intercooler from a 3.8l supercharged thunderbird would work in a 240Z turbo conversion???

I just happen to have a T-bird SC intercooler. It looks like a decent size, and the inlet/outlets are large. The only problem is fabing the piping. I'm not sure how you would mount it so that the piping would enter and exit in the stock locations. The way to rectify this would be to weld up the stock inlet/outlet and make new ones at the top and bottom of the intercooler. Then you could mount it horizontally. Good luck!!!
