I'm gonna have my 1980 280ZX repainted. It's currently black but I'm thinking of giving it some color. Burgundy or blue, maybe grey...

One of my concerns is that I don't want the black and chrome bumpers to clash with the new color. So What I would like is seeing stock 280ZX of any color to get my imagination going.

Paint it Marroon red, GMC 2000 has a color that looks real nice, or dark blue. I just painted mine and it looks great. Or if your still questioning a color go to the paint shop of a car store and ask for some colors they'll give you lots of choices to look at. Be sure to look at it in the SUN it makes a difference. Use a light base color and add pearl to the color you choose the car will look showcase new..

good luck whatever you do. Please don't paint it yellow... Z looks good no matter what I guess....
