I had recently taken out the dash to do some cosmetic work. Beforehand The headlights and parked taillights worked(break lights, revers, and turn signals did not). after reinstalling the dash no exterior lights work. I have checked connections and grounds. the taillights are getting 12V to the yellow wire and that's all. Still new to Nissan's so it might be simple.

get the FSM at www.xenonzcar.com for the year of your car. btw, what year are you referring to? you probably missed a connection somewhere or connected something wrong.
the factory service manual is free. the electrical section should be able to help you troubleshoot your lighting problem.
