Can some one give me a shake down on how to swap the rear disk out of my junk 280ZXT into my '77 280ZT? I have both cars and only need to know what to do. Is it a bolt on thing or what?!? Anyway, thanks for all the help and support.

If you have the proper tools and skill, it is a bolt in. You have to remove the hub and that requires a long breaker bar or better yet, a powerful air gun. Be aware that there are 2 different 280ZX rear brakes, 79-81 and 82-83. In both cases, they require a caliper bracket.

The special brackets can be bought from Jim Cook Racing (JCR), 1800 JCR 1440? ($180), but I believe the brake conversion is for 79-81 ZX calipers. Good luck.
