I have a 1976 280Z and have converted my fusible links over to MAXI fuses. To make sure everything is working fine I would feel better knowing what the fusible links actually went to. I know one went to the alternator and from there back to the fuse box under the dash on the passenger side. What did the other fusible links go to? I realize that this was a pretty daring move not knowing where they went but I think I can figure it out but if someone here could speed it up for me it would be greatly appreciated.

The thickest white with red stripe goes to your alternator.

The other smaller white with red stripe in the same fusible link "pod" goes to the ignition switch.

In the other pod, the white with red stripe wire goes to your headlamps.

The remaining white with red stripe wire goes to your FI relay AND to your ignition module.

All the white wires are ganged, and come from the battery/starter motor hot. Check the location in your harness where they join. This can get very corroded, resulting in poor charging. Solder if possible.
