Hello all,

I'm here with Angel and her drivers side window is popping off the track when we roll it all the way down. Does anyone know if there is supposed to be some sort of stopper? We found a rubber roller that was attached to a thin metal bracket, but we could not find anywhere to put it.

That piece clips on the door sill on the outside. Under the crome weather strip on the outside of the door at the front roughly where your side mirror is. If the window regulator or crank is badly worn it is possible to roll the window down too far to the point where it jumps the track. Also check the short 8inch long track roughly where the door handle is to make sure it hasn't moved. You will have to take the interior door panel of to check and then you can watch to see exactly where it's popping off.
