I have an early 260z with factory air conditioning. This will be the first winter that I have her and recently realized that there is no heat!

The vacume lined in the heat/AC unit are all either unhooked or hard and brittle...

Does anyone have a schematic of the hoses they would be willing to scan and send me?

Thanks in advance!

Nissan dealer has a part number for a complete
set of vacuum hoses for the factory air/heat
system. They are about $40.00! They were still
available a year ago. Copy the schematic previously sent, it is gospel! Good luck, as this
will take you all day to replace all the hoses
in the set. You should get an independent vacuum
source to check yourself as you go to the various
dashpots from the vacuum control valve on the center console control. I took a complete a/c
unit from one 74 and transfered it to my cherry
'74 this summer. It works great when all of the
hoses are connected properly!

A word of caution. Sometimes on older Z's the Heater core would leak radiator water. This is a hard item to fix mainly because it is hard to get to. A simple fix was to disconnect heater hoses. When you hook them back up watch for water leaking under the dash.
