These are kind of hard to find, but you can get a good set from ^^^^^^ zcardepot or from theZstore, but that set is rather expensive ($500 range) but it is the real quality set if I am not mistaken. you can also get these cheaper ones from Ebay that look like the ones above, but they are made of plastic.

I do have a set of chrome fender mirrors that came off of Nissan Cedric/Gloria, but they are a bit big and look out of place on a Z (I was going to install them on my 280zx) and have decided against it. but they are a good set of mirrors with the electrical wiring for power mirrors.

I know this isn't much help, mate. but its either go the cheap way or save up the bucks to get the nice set from the Z store. and I do admit, those stock fairlady mirrors look sooooo good and sexy on a 240
