Works for me, Thanks Danilo!

There is no link from your page, or is there? I have a bunch of pics, but I thought that this might interest some people. I am also doing an RX-7 aluminum 4 piston caliper setup. After looking at how to make it work, it only requires the fab of a simple bracket and the use of the 10.8" 300zx vented rotors. Should be awesome! Thanks again!

RE: substitute "netdial" for "premi

Good thing I had Danilo's homepage bookmarked. What's the deal with the two intakes, Jim? Still need the injector bosses on the cartech unit. Why didn't you just customize the whole plenum instead of cutting the cartech piece up? Seems like after cutting it in half , making it tapered, and adding the throttle body mount you've practically rebuilt it anyway. Are the runners from a tripple weber manifold? They look to be, but the intake flange looks added on, why? When are we going to get picks of the car?

Well!

The back of the plenum had to be cut off to enlarge the plenum volume and to use a grinder to blend the plenum with the runners for a smooth transition. The runners are from webbers and the taper was how they were made, not something I did. The added flange is because the bolt pattern for the Webbers is different than what is on the P-90 head. I could only use the Webber bolt pattern if I had an early Z head, Pre N-47. Anyway, the reason for showing pics of the stock size manifold was to give contrast as to the differences in the plenum and to give perspective. The whole manifold will cost about $500 plus my time to grind and polish. Not too bad considering this manifold has filled all of my criteria for power. I know I could have just made a plenum for cheaper with some square-tubed aluminum, but it would not have said "Intercooled Turbo." That makes all the difference! HaHa! Anyway, I have pics of my car, present state, fuel cell mods, engine compartment, N-42 port work, Short block assembly and some other goodies.
