I've heard of ppl sawping the 3.9 rear end from a late 2nd gen into a 280z.... but what about into a 240z? Hss anyone done this swap? Is it easy?

Hi FTSzero--------------This is a common mod and is not too difficult if you have a general knowledge of things mechanical. It does involve positioning some parts that are on the heavy side, so either some assistance or a good tranny jack will help.

Z Barn (www.zbarn.com) sells a "kit" for this conversion that contains some of the major components that you'll need. It's listed under Z used steering and suspension parts, at the bottom of the page.
