240z manual to power steering conversion

Im trying to figure out if i can get the stock power steering z components and swap out the rack and pinion with one that has powersteering and add on the basic components. I am curious to how interchangeable the parts are.

Here my concerns:

Will the steering shaft out of my 240z bolt right up to 280z power steering box of the rack? If its a different length will I have to modify it or do I just need to get the piece that goes from the steering coupler to the rack out of a power steering z?

Are the rack and pinions interchangeable? Are they exactly the same just has a power steering box?

What are all the components consist of? The power rack and pinion, the pump w/res, the pressure line, and return line? What else will i need or is that it?

Any links on instructions or resources would be appreciated. Well Im buying the rack so hopefully I am right that it is.

Thanks for any help you can give

One question, why would you want power steering on a car that does not need power steering? These cars are light on the frt end,so need for power steering. Yes,it can be done. Check the links that were listed above for more info.
