I just baught a set of seats from a 1st gen 300zx, They are in good shape and I am gonna have them recovored to my original colors.I like these seats cause they have power lumbar and a heck of a good adjustable boalster.My question is will the stock seat rails bolt on these seats and how hard is it to wire up power seats to a non power seat car.Thanks for any info guys. LaterZ

Nope the 280ZX brackets mount to the bottom of the seat and 1 of the 300ZX mounts to the side of the seat. You could possibly drill and tap new holes in the 300ZX seats that would mount to the 280ZX brackets but I think you would have level problems. Also the 300ZX seats are wider.
