    Getting ready to install rings. New at this. Noticed the oil expander ring has a wire running through the middle... the old ones didn't. Do I go ahead and install like that? Or pull wire?

    I'm looking to buy pistons and rings in +.40mm. Preferably in the flat top variation. There seems to be a worldwide shortage of some kind. Please point me in the direction of some +.40 flat tops for the l28. 280zx or 280z since they're the same block, just as long as its flat top. Thanks.
