2011 Sept. Purchased the 76' shell and with a lot of finagling and effort, transferred what was left of a 78 280z that was sold to me as a dead-lemon. I have been slowly piecing it together for the first year, which I would like to proudly say that I did a pretty darn good job. All I had left was the mess of hoses and electrical connections, fuel injection wiring, which I took to a local shop (Which will remain un-named. But if your ever in Tacoma Wa. PM me before you get work done.) which I paid 4800.00 for them to do the final touches. Break Lines, Electrical repair if any, Fuel lines.. all which had been transferred from the 78z to the 76 shell. To make a long story short, the car sat for 2 years after I had paid. In which I had to turn around and take it to someone else, and got it running in 2 days! for 1/2 of what I paid at the other shop! So now she is running.
