Unhappy Nissan Japan Complaint

Maybe slightly off topic, but I am looking for contact details for Nissan Japan so I can complain about the Service received from Nissan Middle East.


They repaired a water damaged engine, rather than replace it (as the Invoice states) and now the car is unsellable due to the their actions. Nissan Middle East cannot be bothered to do anything about it even though it was done via an authorized Nissan Service Centre, so now I want to take it to Nissan Japan. Nissan have halved the resale value of the car, and do not seem to care.


Any help would be appreciated.

I did, but that is not an email address, and they don't like to put you this to the Customer Service Dept - I have tried. They keep directing you towards your local Nissan Agent, and it is the Agent that I am complaining about.

https://www3.nissan.co.jp/en.html Try catching them on their social media and they should head you to correct department as calling by phone will charge you a lot and they may have poor coomand of English. My friend from DSRLeasing was once contacting official German Audi department.
