Abs sensor and electrical problem

Alright everyone I got a tricky little tech problem that's giving me problems. So sometimes when i drive my TCS shuts off automatically and my SLIP light appears and both lights never go away. When I downshift my car does a couple jerks (that's obviously my car thinking its losing traction from the slip light) but heres where it gets retarded. When I shut the car off and I turn it back on the car cranks for about 20 sec then turns on and sometimes it doesn't. The light doesn't go away but when I disconnect my battery for 20 sec and reset the lights go away and the car starts right up no problem. Soooo please troubleshoot this for me guys!! 2005 Nissan 350z RevUp. And the battery is good btw
