there are a few minor differences, but overall its the same car. i can speak for the 88 Kouki model Z31 as I have seen a few of the turbo models from Germany. They are LDH just like ours. there's no difference in the turbo or the engine itself. they might have had different rear ends maybe, don't know for sure. the 88 car has the smaller T25 turbo, just like its US domestic brothers. they use Kilometers instead of miles, and on the German ones, the anolog instrumets and guages were the red/orange colors, vs. the the white on the US cars. early US cars (think Zenki) also had orange. the Euro cars that I have seen in person and online all seem to have a different type of body kit, at least slighty different than the factory ones you see in the US or Canada.

German cars also have the front side fender lights in a different position (further back closer to the door)
They also didn't have A/C. both cars that I looked at had NO air conditioning components whatsoever. They also have no emissions components like the US cars have. And also don't forget the windshield, glass, are the Euro DOT standards.
there may be some other differences that I don't know of. But they are basically the same as US/CAN/JDM turbo cars.
