I just acquired my black 2003 350z recently. I have a lot of questions, so hopefully be patient with me as I figure the car out...

It is a Track, early in the production run. I think I have some issues like the tire roar that I have read about on my350z.com.

Ha, I didn't even know there was a Rampage. I've had this alias for a long time since the Quake days. Sigh, well, let me think about changing it to something - just know I didn't steal it.

How much are the 03's going for? You are probably the third to buy one in the past few months. Also, it appears that people know all of the problems with the 03's and are still buying them. Huh?

I bought one in the mid-teens with 12,000 miles on it, so the car is basically like new with the exception of small problems. I'm just crossing my fingers that the oil consumption issue doesn't come up.

So Rampage, are you goign to be upset if I keep using RampageZZ, or do you think users will be confused?

You shouldn't have any oil problems. The oil consumption issue is on the rev-up engine on the 35th anniversary 05s and all 06s.

Justin, I can see how you might think that, but I did my homework and took the appropriate steps in the purchase. I am prepared to buy new front suspension parts, and given how cheap the car was, no problem.

I have a Nissan warranty on the vehicle, so the majority of problems are covered, except for those TSBs that Nissan doesn't feel like fixing.
