Strosek makes my kit but is known for kits on Porshe cars. At standard collision shop, I got an estimate of 2400 for paint and bumper. The bumper is 2k! This doesn't sound right to me! 500 for paint and blend?!?! on fenders and hood? That sounds way too cheap!

Its nice that they are letting you take it where you want. Usually the insurance adjuster will decide which shop they will pay to do the repair work... at least thats always been my experience.
Okay? Right, first off, I don't have stock bumper. They must blend paint into hood, fenders, and install a 2ND STROSEK front. That's a hell of a lot more than 400.00! The entire kit cost 4k for blend and paint, I highly doubt it's going to cost less than 1/4th that!?!!?!?

If youre rich meaning making six figures a year or more than go for it. I have full coverage but dont go to expensive places because im a poor college student.
Overpay if you want, $400 is adequate. And a body shop that specializes in Euro cars will do it right, and if it's not, they'll do it over again until it is.
I'd love to see the look on their faces when you ask them to raise their estimate cost.
