I'd say it's a joke. It's a '92-'93 Civic, like the one I had. It was complete and utter garbage from the factory, and he made it uglier.

It runs a 9 second 0-10. If the transmission doesn't blow, or the wiring nightmare doesn't catch fire. 0-60 can be reached in a couple of weeks. If the transmission holds.

It has to be a joke, that picture is WAY old. If I google "ricer", and go to images, those pictures are on the first page.
