My First Z Car
Posted by: mbg300zx

Hi. My name is Morgan, and I bought my first Z Car today. Its a 1987 300ZX Turbo coupe, with T-Tops. Its a 5 speed car.

The car came with a few upgrades, done by the previous owner. These include an after-market stereo, what I thought was a cold-air kit, but after reading some posts on this site I guess is just the factory air box replaced with a conical air filter. The car also has had the catalytic converter removed. The car needs a lot done to it, but I'm willing to do it. I'll add pictures as soon as I can.

Like I said, this is my first, but not my last, so if anyone has any tips, tricks, or useful information, please, don't hesitate to pass them my way.

Thanks, and good luck to anyone beginning, or in the middle of a project. And congratulations to anyone who has just finished one.

Check the tech section for the z-31's.

Use Search function if you have questions and if you can't find the specific answer ask and you shall recieve.

Welcom to the Z world - it's all good.
