Quick question about the '90 tt wing

First off, I apologize if this topic has been covered before.

Did the 1990 TT's have an option for with or without the wing? I'm looking at this 90 tt that doesn't have one so I want to know if it's been swapped or not.

if its been swapped then you will not have: OEM tt spoiler, HICAS, Adjustable OEM shocks with a switch in the center console, boost gage in the gage cluster under the MPH. I forget which digit, but the VIN will also tell you if its a TT or NA.

4th digit. C is TT, R is NA
