Your best bet it to unbolt the wheel bearing from the knuckle and take it to a local machine shop. The will be able to press the hub out of the bearing and into the new one.
Doing it yourself will require special tools and if it isn't pressed together enough or too much the bearing will wear out again quickly.
If you want to tackle it your-self here are some tools you will need.
Removal:
Puller
If Outer race is stuck on Hub:
Cuttoff wheel
Chisel
Installation:
Bearing press or
Stand Press
When using the puller set; the bearing has to be pulled off the hub. Not the hub pulled off the bearing. It will have to be setup on the backside of the Bearing/Hub assembly.
Once off the outer race will likely stay on the hub, so try and use the puller again to get the race off. If you cannot get a good grip then you need to score the race using the cuttoff wheel(being careful not to scar the hub) and use the chisel to split the race. Once split it will come off pretty easy.
Check the hub for damage, the race surface should be smooth(a little surface rust is fine). If it isn't and it looks scared then the hub MUST be replaced.
When pressing the hub into the new bearing make sure the press is only applying force to the inner race and the hub. If the force is being applied to the bearing casing then the bearing can be damaged. While pressing them together once the press gets hard and the parts stop moving then STOP. If you continue the bearing can be damaged.
There the hard part is done!!
Put the bearing/hub assembly back in the car and make sure the axle nut is torqued correctly, Improper torque can damage bearing.
