Sometimes the digital clock under the head unit dims on the right and left side of the display. after a while it goes back to normal but it happened twice since i bought the car.and sometimes as well my dome light doesnt work, but goes back to normal (only happened once). is this an electrical problem, or is the wiring screwy?

The dome light is probably not making good contact on the terminals and your clock may need a new resistor. Check the FAQs for a write up.

Yeah, the clock is known to fade out when it is cold. This is definitely the resistors. I recommend replacing the clock with a digital boost guage.

I recommend replacing the clock with a PEZ dispenser, that way you can have a tasty treat whenever you like. You'll be so happy, you won't care what time it is.

Or you could do the resistor fix, whichever.

Amen brother!

The Batman Pez dispenser is especially cool!
