Is it possible to remove the blower housing and evaporator housing without removing the dash? I need to get it out to replace the expansion valve. The service manual makes no mention of the disassembly steps. I know you have to remove the dash to get to the heater core, but the evaporator is a separate housing in the passenger foot well and for the most part accessible once you remove the glove box.
