Ok i just fixed my fuel injector leak and the engine ran until the leak developed. Now the leak is fixed i turn the key it tries to fire up and dies. Throwing codes 13 cylinder head tempature sensor (never thrown that before, and i believe its new) code 23 Idle switch circuit and 31 Load signal circuit. Please help me resolve these problems.

well maybe you should check to make sure your CHTS is connected well

That was it. Still throwin 23. Would that mean i need to adjust the switch on the side of the throttle body.

Ok i give it a little gas turn the key it sputters and starts i let off the gas it revs up to 1500 then slowly dies. What could be the problem?

read the EFEC section of the FSM with the diagnosis charts for rough running when cold/hot depending on what is appropriate

Unwinding the screw on the idle up solenoid may temporarily fix the problem. Temporarily meaning permanent but not the proper way.

Ok so when it does fire up it still revs up till 1500 than sputters down till it dies, the whole time its fired up there is a loud hissing sound (like a vacum leak) but i haven't found one. If the gasket on the pleneum was bad would it sound like that?
