Just cut the text from the email when open in Outlook or whatever email client you are using, and paste into the message window in your browser. The .msg file isn't very useful for this.

Save each picture off as a file to your desktop from your e-mail (as a .jpg/.gif) and then use the "Attach a file" option in the forum post screen.
