I thought it was time registered on this site (I search the forums often enough).
Fist of all I`m not zed car nutter, I`m a car nutter in general, but I have a leaning toward A and L series datsuns.


My Zetka (`71 240Z) was my third datsun, with two 1000`s (B10,VB10) before hand. The guy I bought it off spent huge dollars on it many years ago and never drove it.
When I spotted it she was in a sad state with some sort of painters drop cloth draped over two thirds body that looked like it had been there for several years. The silver paint under the cloth was ruined and a couple of large patches of filler were starting to come away.

Anyway long and the short Good interior, Good motor/box,Good suspension, crap paint, Crap tyres.

all u need is the engine i have seen a few of the s20 engines for sale in japan.

You would also need the matching transmission for the 2000 motor and all mounts. It's canted over to the left so that the carburetors can clear the strut tower.

Nice car, by the way. I wish Nissan would just make a 2000 head for these cars again (and a lot of other things)...
