i bought this car back in september of 07.this is one of seven Z's i have owned.the last Z i had was a 71 i bought from the original owner.still kicking myself for selling it.but this Z is special.it's an early 71 build date 11/70.it's a series one my favorite body style with the hatch vents and 240Z emblems on the sides.the po has had this car for about 11 years just sitting in the garage.he finally put a very nicely modified L28 and an 83 maxima 5sp in it.it's got a set of pretty nice racing seats and harnesses.aswell as a front brake modification.they are 86 4 runner 4 piston calipers.it also rides on 82-83 280zx turbo wheels.these are my all time favorite stock wheel.they look great polished.another favorite feature on this car is the fender mirrors.i believe the fairlady Z's in japan had them.as you may be able to see there are fairlady emblems on the car.i'm planning on removing those for some new datsun emblems.the car has fresh paint,not show quality but very nice for daily driving.the paint color is pretty unique.i have never seen this color on a Z before.i believe it's a custom color,it's a black base with a red flake mixed into it.it looks black in the shade but in the sun has a nice tint of red flake to it.my friend calls it the grape lol.hope you all enjoy the pictures.i know most of you have already seen it but i haven't posted here yet since i've had it.enoy!
