this is my 2nd 88 300zx trubo 2+2 auto. my plan is to restore that car make it as brand new as i possible with some other little add on that i like. so ya im really happy with this car for $1000cdn its great had to replace engine and trans from my now parts car that i had rebuild the engine and auto trans in. car runs and drives so smooth im loving it.

Very Nice car and rare too. Not very many 2+2 Turbo cars were sold in Canada/North America. I have a 1987 2+2 Turbo. Here are some stats on 2+2 turbo sales in Canada. They were not sold in the US and are very rare here. Mine is #048 out of 203 and came down to WA from Vancouver B.C.

ya i havent figured out which number mine is. i also had a grey one which its vin was three numbers off and was built the day before sold 2 days before and at the same dealership. at first i wanted to get both going and all that but once i drove the burgandy one i realized how crappy the grey one was. i laso have a 87 2 seater 5spd sf model which i think is only sold in canada.

I would love to see some pictures of the SF model. does it have the steel wheels and manual windows? I know they were bare bones models. If you could post some pics of those differences I would appreciate it. I also have a 87 2 seat Turbo 5 speed. Look ate the thread titled " My other Z31" in members rides.

as far as i know it just has no power mirrors windows no auto climet controll. has ac which sucks. and it has 15 inch rims instead of 16s. i dont know about the steel ones.

thanks. ya i dont know why peaple dont like them that much i do. convenient when you have some friends and alot of space with the seats folded down i can stick my whole tool box in the back. only problem i have is finding a 5spd drive shaft for her.

did a bunch of work to my car. fixed the big rust hole in my floor new springs shocks and polly bushings.
installed tokiko 5 way adjustible shocks while line performance springs and all polly bushings

oh i fixed the hole forgot to take a pic before i put the carpet back in. haha i never noticed its the one side of the car thats actually the crapy side more rust spots and scratches other side just had a small dent by the gas door(not from me)

I had the same reaction to the track shots after the shots of the rust by the subframe mounts. (!!!! whaddayadooooin!? ????) hahaha...

Very cool car. Very rare. I've only seen one other in person.

The US never got any 2+2 turbos. I think Canada was the only north american market to offer 2+2 turbos.
