Any of you have tried those cheap raptor turbo mufflers???

Can i use a square port gasket in a round exhaust port head (mn47)???

how can i open the hole to mount a stock mechanical fuel pump in a efi head???

you can just dremel out the spot to use the mechanical fuel pump. but make sure its off the engine first... so hopefully you havent put the head back on yet.. other wise you will get metal shavings into the oil pan

I think you can use a square port exhaust gasket with a round exhaust port head. Maybe I am wrong.

A have a stock 240Z Mechanical fuel pump on my 76 280Z E.F.I. head. It was a straight bolt on.

chiquete,why not use an electrical fuel pump instade and mount it in the rear where,i think on your early z,there may already be wires for an electrical pump.i think they called them a pre-pump.my 73 had a pump in the rear.Yes you can use a square port gasket,you just have to round out the exhaust ports with a knife or drimmel tool.did you get your brake problem fixed yet?

DEVIL505 : 78 280z bored,balanced.msd ignition and coil,electric fans,5 way tokicos,eibach springs,suspension tec sway bars f&r,5 spd,header,2.5 exhaust with flowmaster.

i hope that the problem is in the bad head... all the other factors looks good to me...
