Im new to actually working on electric and know jack squat. my mechanic by trade said he might be able to jump/junction th fueses to the other half. That sounds like a bad idea to me. might work them to hard. But idk, what do you guys think?
Also, anyone have a picture of their pannel cove, i didnt get one with my car. trying to figure out which fuse is which, is a pain in the a$$.

Don't let your "mechanic" jump wire the lower section to other existing fuses. That is begging for an electrical meltdown of your car. If your "mechanic" doesn't have a good wiring schematic for your year and model z car than don't let him touch the wiring. The first and i mean the VERY FIRST thing that needs to be done is to find out exactly what caused the bottom fuses to blow out and fix that problem. Then correct the fuse block. When I first got my zx it had no fuse box cover and I found a pic of one for my year and model and blew it up until I could read it.
If you don't already have one you NEED a fsm for your car. There is a site that you can download it for free, however I perfer a hard copy that I can take out to the driveway with me. Get a F actory S ervice M anual for your car and for you. I've seen them on ebay for under $30.00 .

Don't quess or play with the wiring on your z car . Know what you or the mechanic are doing before you cause irrepairable harm to it.

Not really sure what you mean by "blow out". DISCONNECT THE BATTERY and pull the fuse block so you can look at it. The wiring diagram will be helpful (ie necessary). Look or the reason you have an elect problem. (Short??? Google is our friend or at least ally - as it's never your friend)

I don't remember if the lower side is the switched side or not, but usually when I see this scenario it's going to be the ignition and accessory relay. It's located upside down on the right kick panel up above the fuse block. If you ever get a windshield leak, it will leak water right into the relay and short it out. You'll have to pull the glove box to get to it.
