Water comming from exhaust. 1983 280zx

Can anyone tell me what may be the cause of water spitting out of my tail pipe. My coolant level is full,no moisture in the oil,or any signs of oil in the coolant or moisture in valve cover. So I dont believe that there is a head gasket issue. No smoke. Engine runs pretty good other than being a little on the rich side. Thanks in advance for any possible diagnosis.

It's normal. Under normal, ideal circumstances, the only thing that SHOULD come out of the tail pipe is water.

Yeah, perfectly normal byproduct of internal combustion.

Not quite the only thing, the one that should be the most visbile. Look at jet flying high, the water is generally frozen coming out of the engine.

CO2 and H20 are products of every combustion reaction. So ya, it's normal.

Thanks to all for the quick replies. That makes me feel better. Could be,it's rusty water that makes it so noticable.T he car hasn't been on the road in a while. Still have a few issues, but making progress slowly. Once again appreciate your effort.
